This Privacy Policy describes how Osrave ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with your use of our mobile game, Vector Defense (the "Service").
By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience.
1. Information We Collect
We collect various types of information to provide and improve our Service. All user data collected by our app is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and, for sensitive game save data, also via client-side encryption before transmission.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you create an account or log in using a third-party authentication service like Google Sign-In (managed by Firebase Authentication), we receive information from that service, including your name, email address, and a unique user identifier (e.g., Firebase UID). We do not receive or store your password for these third-party services.
- Feedback and Support Content: If you contact us for customer support or provide feedback through the in-game feedback form, we collect your contact information (such as your email if you are logged in) and the content of your message, which may include other personal information you choose to provide.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Game Progress Data: We automatically collect and store data related to your in-game progress, including unlocked levels, tower upgrades, in-game currency balances (Fragments/Coins), transaction history (for in-game currency earnings and spending), and achievement status. This data is collected to provide core game functionality and enable cloud save and synchronization features across devices.
- App Interactions: We collect data on your interactions with the app, such as levels played, enemies killed, towers built, upgraded, or sold, synergy power usage, guardian deployments, and card purchases. This is used for tracking in-game achievements, bounties, and overall game progression.
- Device and Usage Information: We collect technical information about your device and how you use the Service, including device type, operating system, and other device identifiers. This data is primarily used for crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance data to troubleshoot issues, optimize game performance, and ensure compatibility.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following primary purposes:
- App Functionality: To provide, maintain, and deliver the core features of Vector Defense, including account authentication, loading/saving game progress, managing in-game currency, tracking achievements, and enabling gameplay mechanics.
- Account Management: To manage your user account, allow you to log in, link your progress, and provide account recovery options.
- Developer Communications/Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, provide technical support, and address feedback submitted through the game.
- Analytics: To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service, helping us understand player behavior, improve game design, and identify areas for optimization.
- Fraud Prevention, Security, and Compliance: To prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other illegal activities, ensuring the integrity and security of the Service and user accounts.
3. How We Share Your Information (Third Parties)
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only as described below, or with your explicit consent:
- With Service Providers: We utilize certain third-party services to operate and improve our game. These services process data on our behalf for specific functionalities:
- Google Firebase (Authentication & Backend Services): When you log in with Google, Firebase Authentication processes your name, email address, and unique user identifiers (Firebase UID, our internal User ID) to securely manage your account, authenticate you, and link your game data. Firebase also provides backend infrastructure for game saves and other data storage.
- Google Play Services (Performance Monitoring & Distribution): Google Play Services collects device and app information (including crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance data, as well as device identifiers) for distribution, performance monitoring, and analytics to help us ensure app stability and optimize performance.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users or the public.
4. Data Security
We implement robust security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your game save data is encrypted on your device before being transmitted to our servers, and it remains stored in an encrypted format on our servers. All communications between your device and our servers are secured using HTTPS. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain collected information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service, and for a reasonable period thereafter for audit, legal, and legitimate business purposes. If you request account deletion, most of your personal data will be purged as described in the Data Deletion section.
6. Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. We provide the following methods for data deletion:
- In-Game Deletion: The easiest and most direct way to delete your Vector Defense account is from within the game itself. From the Main Menu, locate and tap the "Delete Account" button. This action is irreversible and will permanently delete your user record, all game saves, transaction history for in-game currency, and associated personal information from our servers.
- Email Request (Alternative Method): If you are unable to access the in-game deletion feature (e.g., due to app uninstallation, device loss, or login issues), you may request data deletion by sending an email to our privacy contact.
For verification, please send the email from the email address associated with the data you wish to delete.
Send your request to: mannan9310080930@gmail.com. Please include your associated email address and a clear statement requesting "Vector Defense Account and Data Deletion." We will verify your identity before processing the request. Please allow up to [e.g., 7-14] business days for your request to be processed.
Please note: We currently do not offer a method to delete specific portions of your data without deleting your entire account.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after the revised policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current version of this Policy.
